Working principle

The fully automatic centrifugal oil filter series adopts high-speed drum solid-liquid separation. The dirty liquid entering the drum, due to different densities, generates centrifugal force thousands to tens of thousands of times greater than the natural settling gravity in the high-speed rotating drum, and the separation and precipitation process is continuous and rapid. The huge centrifugal force in the drum can achieve the separation effect that requires natural gravity to act for several hours in the sedimentation tank within a few seconds, quickly separating solid particles. The particles that are thrown dry are automatically discharged through automatic unloading.

Operation instructions

1. The liquid to be filtered enters the centrifuge through an auxiliary pump.
2. The impurities in the dirty liquid are separated at high speed and adhere to the inner periphery of the tank.
3. The pure liquid is drained back into the oil tank.
4. After the inside of the tank is covered with impurities, the centrifuge will start the automatic slag removal function and the discharge port will be opened.
5. The centrifuge automatically reduces the speed of the tank body, and the built-in scraper begins to operate for slag removal.
6. The removed impurities fall from the discharge port into the impurity collection box below the centrifuge, and the centrifuge begins to operate.
