       The fully automatic centrifugal separation filter is an efficient equipment that uses centrifugal force field to achieve rapid separation of solid-liquid, liquid-liquid or liquid-liquid solid multiphase mixtures. It has the characteristics of high separation accuracy, large processing capacity, and high degree of automation. It is widely used in various industries such as chemical, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, environmental protection, mining, etc., as follows:
1. Chemical industry
       This is one of its core application areas, suitable for the separation and purification of various chemical materials:
       Chemical industry: used for solid-liquid separation of materials such as dyes, pigments, coatings, adhesives, etc., such as removing impurity particles from pigments and recovering resin solids from coatings; It can also be used for catalyst recovery, separating the reacted catalyst from the solution and recycling it.
       Petrochemical industry: processing crude oil dehydration, refining lubricating oil, separation of petrochemical by-products (such as wax and asphalt), and purification of acid-base solutions to remove solid suspended solids.

Raw material production: solid-liquid separation of fermentation broth for antibiotics, vitamins, etc., recovery of mycelium and drug crystals; Clarification of traditional Chinese medicine extract, removal of drug residues and large molecular impurities.
       Preparation production: Terminal filtration of injection and oral liquids to remove small particles and bacteria, ensuring drug purity; Crystallization and separation of medicinal excipients such as mannitol and lactose.
       Biopharmaceuticals: Separation and purification of biological products such as vaccines, antibodies, enzyme preparations, etc., to achieve the separation of target products from impurities in fermentation broth.
4. Environmental protection industry
       Used for industrial wastewater treatment and solid waste resource utilization:
Industrial wastewater treatment: treating electroplating wastewater, printing and dyeing wastewater, papermaking wastewater, coal chemical wastewater, etc., separating heavy metal ion precipitates, dye particles, pulp fibers and other pollutants in water, reducing COD and suspended solids content in wastewater.
       Sludge dewatering: Deep dewatering of municipal and industrial sludge, concentrating sludge with a moisture content of over 90% to below 60%, reducing sludge volume, and facilitating subsequent disposal.
